Huskers get commitment from twins from Missouri!

Nebraska got oral commitments from Khalil Davis and Carlos Davis from Blue Springs, Missouri. Both will play on the defensive line as a tackle or end. The are rated the fourth and sixth best players in the state of Missouri.

These two players will be a big help to Nebraska's defense. There have been too many good things said about their personalities and the fact that they have been Nebraska fans for years.

Both of these twin brothers will be four star rated at the end of next year.

Ok so five Top 10 teams in college basketball got beat Saturday. No. 12 Virginia beat Syracuse who was rated No. 4 75-56.  No. 7 Louisville was beaten by Memphis 72-66. Xavier beat No. 9 Creighton 75-69. Oklahoma St. beat Kansas. VCU beat No. 10 St. Louis by 11.

At least another five teams in the rest of the Top 25 were also beaten. Won't it be fun to fill out the brackets in a couple of weeks!!

Last year NU missed out on Akoy Agau, a nationally known player from Omaha central. Akoy went to Louisville. They were a national power that is always in the news. So far Agau has played in 15 games and has averaged 5.1 minutes per game and has scored .9 points per game. He has a total of 16 rebounds and five blocked shots. Not a stellar year.

I wonder if he wishes he would of stayed at NU. Of course he would have played a lot more assuming the chemistry was there for the rest of the team. Who knows? Agau was suspended for a couple of games in the December period. Agau could have helped NU inside in scoring and rebounding.
